Using the Help Center

The Help Center is your one-stop location for all things ProLink+. From technical information about the system, high-level training, and process support from application to disbursement and more, the Help Center is designed to be the front line of support.

Navigation

The left navigation panel is the Help Center table of contents. If you aren't sure what you are looking for, peruse the sections in this menu.

Search

The quickest way to find information is using the search. As you type the search word or phrase in the Search field, the page populates with relevant results. Click a result in the search results list to navigate to the page. If needed, you can use your browser's Find functionality (CTRL + F) to locate the search word or phrase on the page.

ProLink+ requires an up-to-date web browser to make sure that you can use all of ProLink+'s features. ProLink+ currently supports the latest two version of all browsers, unless otherwise noted.
