ProLink+ is software that connects emergency assistance funds with those in need. This website (the Homeowner Portal) manages the initial pre-qualification and intake stages of the application process. This initial intake stage of an application can be performed by the applicant (homeowner) through the Homeowner Portal or by any combination of approved partners in the Agency Portal.
As an applicant, you can navigate through the step-by-step process to complete your application and upload supporting documents through the Homeowner Portal.
Create an account and log into the site.
Select the program to apply for, and then complete the initial set of pre-qualification questions that help determine whether you may be eligible for the program.
If eligible, follow the website's steps to complete your application's forms.
Upload any supporting files.
Review and finalize the application.
Sign and submit the application.
Monitor the status of your application at any time.
Tip
The Homeowner Portal is mobile friendly, which means you can complete your application on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. The screenshots in the Help Center show the desktop view.
